"President" Abdillahi Yusuf signed the contract? I'm sure there is more in it for him and China than there is for Somalia. Insha'Allah Somalia will have a just president who runs his country according to Shari'a law, that's when Somalia will be rebuilt.

Dont you know Meles Zenawi Controls Somaliland too? And Puntland as well. Thats why Somaliland President goes to him in Addisa Ababa every 3-6 months to get instructions.
