WHAT IS SALAFIYAH

Question:

Is Salafiyyah a group from amongst the (various) groups? And is the ascription to it blameworthy?
Answer:

Salafiyyah: It is the saved sect, and they are Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa’ah, it is not a sect from amongst the party spirited groups that are labeled with partisanship; it is a Jamaa’ah upon the Sunnah and the Deen. He (the Prophet) sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said:

“áÇ ÊÒÇá ØÇÆÝÉ ãä ÃãÊí Úáì ÇáÍÞ ÙÇåÑíä¡ áÇ íÖÑåã ãä ÎÐáåã æáÇ ãä ÎÇáÝåã”

“There will not cease to be a group of my nation manifest upon the truth, not being harmed by those who abandon them, nor by those who appose them.” [1]

He (the Prophet) sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said:

"æÓÊÝÊÑÞ åÐå ÇáÃãÉ Úáì ËáÇË æÓÈÚíä ÝÑÞÉ ßáåÇ Ýí ÇáäÇÑ ÅáÇ æÇÍÏÉ."

This Ummah will split into seventy three sects all of them in the fire except one.”

They (the Companions) asked: “What is it (the saved sect) O Messenger of Allaah?” He (the Prophet sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

"ãä ßÇä Úáì ãËá ãÇ ÃäÇ Úáíå Çáíæã æÃÕÍÇÈí"

”Those that are upon what I and my Companions are upon today.” [2]

So Salafiyyah is a group upon the methodology of the Salaf, upon that which the Messenger sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam and his Companions were upon, that is not a sect from the party spirited sects of today. Indeed it (as-Salaffiyah) is an ancient Jamaa’ah traced back to the time of the Messenger sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam a continually inherited legacy, remaining manifest upon the truth up until the establishment of the Hour as he sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam informed.

first of all we only take what allah said what the prophet salla lahu alyhim wasalam said and what the sahaba united upon

so were is ur daleel were is ur evidence

if u dont give no evidence den ur speach will be rejected

watever any one comes up with whether be it a hadith or a fatawa back it up with a daleel.. other wise it will fall on deaf ears.

and go Learn Arabic and UNDERSTAND the QURAN

saxix a salaf was 3 genreations after muhammad they all died no one can be a salafi

pleeeease explain to moi what you mean about 'scholars 4 dollars''!!!??? i hope u aint ridiculating the top scholars and their students of knowledge i.e shiekh uthaiymien.. shiekh bin baz.. shiekh mohammed nasiru deen al-albani RAHIMUhuLLAH ect! if so beg u take back what you said their tha ones that rectfied the suunah! and on the path of the salafusaalih and warn against ahlul bidda! ... subxanallah i heard the ridiculating comment from the speaker ''khalid yasin'' talking about the scholars of the past in that manner.. .. i mean all you hear is people that go up n down the country claiming to be on the path of the salaf and the whole aim and purpose is to spread nothing but lies and misguidness about them! subxnallah May Allah guide us let us all hold on to the rope of Allah!
