Lol....there's no such thing as "proper somali".....different regions speak with different dialects....it's like a Yorkshire dialect, Midlands dialect, London dialect etc

the standard accent i from central somalia (mudug,galgaduud) they use that in the media
marexaan,some majerteen and habar gedir speak the true accent

you cant say darood or hawiye speak proper somali. we live in diffirent regions with different accents
but people say gobolada dhexe speak the most pure somali
