Very tough to get in to. You need straight AAA and a really good personal statement.

You must be commited because all the assesments are 100% examinations, so you have to know millions of case studies etc. A lot of people say it is boring which I agree with, but one of the reasons people do it because the high salary you can get afterwards. So in that sense it is very rewarding.
