Solid advice here again however, the people who make the suggestions themselves are also at fault for not lifting a finger to help in the solution process. It should be a collective community effort. It is the single biggest reason why your people are losing the battle. We've got the same issues here with some latino youth getting involved in gangs and organized crime but its mostly a mexican issue.
