South needs to clean its act up before any sort of discussion of reconcilliation can take place....

Maybe talks then can proceed as how to govern the whole of Somalia...

A Federal state needs to be set so that each region gets equal representation in the central government to prevent political marginalisation,,,,,

Equal distribution of wealth and resources throughout the country as not to alienate any groups.

u say that the rest of somalia has to fix up before it can even begin negotiations with somaliland, but the country has been like this foe 20 years how long do u expect somlailand to wait before its gets its recognition and all the benefits that come from that
