Hadith Al-Bukhari - Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "A woman is married for four things, i.e., her wealth, her family status, her beauty and her religion. So you should marry the religious woman (otherwise) you will be a losers.

those 4 things are very important because if her family are a bunch of shameless fukkerz
she will be one.
if she is poor she will rip off your money
if she is ugly then damn she is ugly
and last her deen, if she knows her deen and is a good muslim girl then she will know how important her husband is to her in the eyes of allah and will respect him alot.
