Visiting Afghanistan for a second time, a war correspondent noted that since the fall of the Taliban, wives who used to walk ten paces behind their husbands were now walking ten paces in front.

^U know before the US invaded Afghanistan, it was traditional for the wife to walk behind the husband, after the war of "liberation", a reporter went back to see a change, now husbands were walking behind their wifes, when asked why?, The man said it was not because of equality (both gender being the same) but because now there are landmines everywhere and if someone steps on it, it will be the wife and not the husband. :lol:


I probably killed in the joke in the process of explaining it.
