i can say i know of about 7 spots of nice places to kick back with the presence of shisha in dubai but that was about 2 years ago the last time i went back . and it was first back in 2002 when i first experimented with shisha in dubai., n now Allhamdulilah off that qashin now u grow out of them tings.
