Are any of yous married and those married or getting married what was your experiences like when meeting your mother in law?

my mother-in-law is a sweet old lady... when i enter the room i bow at her feet....
i take great pleasure wiping her clean as she suffers from incontinence...
she only beats me with a wooden stick and not a spiky metal one like them other mother-in-laws....
