Best Sandwich

take a piece of buttered bread and cut a 2" or so hole in the middle.

put the bread on a skillet and then take an egg and put it in the hole

fry it up that way, flip it when the egg looks like its ready to be flipped

the bread toasts at about the same time it takes the egg to fry.
