talking from experience, in the city offers lots of things.... crime free ,free trade.... you can leave your shop open and go for the mosques to pray and come back .......that is hwo safe the city is...thanks to allah.... but if you are came hargiesa for dhaqan celis..it a different story.... niggas dry 4x4 but you walk ends to with your bare feet while the sun burn your lil ass..if you know what am ssayuing
