In the past, I've checked out some Somali websites. I do not SOMALINET myself, but it didn't come as total suprise to me. I do not know, if you rememered a guy named Shimbir, who used to write on the Blacknet( and I wonder where he is. Holla if you're still around) and he was good and didn't have a problem with people from thr Black diaspora whatsoever. I know that some Somalis classify themselves as Arabs, but they are are not on Somali or in the middle east and from what I was taught by a Somali in my class some Somalis are not considered to be Arab, by the White Arabs and are called "Abids"( I think that is the term) that is the equivalent to being called a "n----r". Just like I feel about everybody else, I do not hate people based on who they are, but to those Somalis with that kind of thinking, they need to get with Shimbir and get with the program and realize that they are no different than any other Black person around the world no matter who they are.
