Should a husband beat up he's wife?

A lot of husbands beat their wifes in somali and the irab countries I just wanna know should our wifes get beat because they haven't prepered the meal as we wanted it or they haven't pleased use and why?

I hope there is no sexism in this topic as it is haraam

Also should us man help out more in the domosic area's of our household?
