Your honor we give you People's exhibit A: Mr/Mrs/Miss Fish and Chips. The defendent is so out of his/her element and is desperately trying to make this court believe he/she is an American. The defendent is the number one offender on this site and he/she reeks of "baitness" (as you put it). After extensively watching Ali G re-runs and Coronation Street on BBC America, it's a well-known fact that England is dotted with Fish and Chip stores..but once one crosses the pond- Mcdonalds' extra-large fries is the way to go. No fellow American would register such a name and thus its right for one to conclude that Mr./Mrs./Miss is none other than a multi-nick having MTV watching tween hooligan from London... Your honor, the People ask that you remand the defendent until further notice. The People also ask that you disconnect the defendants internet connection so the citizens of Snet can live without having to hear the word 'finna' used and abused so indiscriminately. The People will not rest until the defendant is sent to Sing Sing Prison, so he/she can be used by the negro/nigeress and is made to sing "I'm finna be your bi.tch today" on a regular bases.
