2)The Dhulbahante majority live in LAAS AANOD with the exception of the a minority in ERIGAVO (ISSAK) MAJORITY,
LAAS AANOD is strategically valuable as it is near PUNTILAND, and so the ISSAK have good cause to send,
the DHULBAHANTE to FIGHT agaist the MARJEETEEN in PUNTILAND, i.e
DARROD Vs. DAROOD, this has been the case in recent clashes with PUNITILAND ARMY IN SANAAG,
But the DHULBAHANTE can not be TRUSTED, as there is a larger majority of DHULBAHANTE in PUNTILAND,

ALSO, the REVENUE collected in the DHULBAHANTE AND WARSANGALLI LAND increases the amount avaiable for NATIONAL EXPENDITURE,

3)The use of the FORMER FAGASH FAMILY'S milita in Somaliland Army, this will allow for the ISSAK to send,
DHULBAHANTE and WARSANGALLI to PUNITLAND on the false excuse that there army are nearer to PUNITLAND,
