DUMB ASS Its the Opposite, If they are in favor it would all ready be recognize by NOW.

AU is the only international community body which directly can recognize Somaliland and declare it as a Country.


No civil war would break out in South u dumb as hell dawg. Why?. a War would break out in North. Cause both Puntland and Somaliland Claim Sool, Eastern Sanaag and Cayn.
