Is this Basra --trying to Trim down for the Beach --I doubt it!

This Fat azz is trying to shade the pounds --but I don't think -she can do it by jogging a tread mill ---I think she needs advanced psychological help and physical surgery.

The key to a decent shape is exercise and proper diet. Some of us are able to do less exercise than others. Everyone's metabolism is different. Some are pre-disposed to be overweight, and have to work at it to overcome it.
