Is Madmadoobe Foolxume in disguise?

I have never accused anyone of having multiple nicks, but in the case of Madmadoobe, I am 87% sure this dude is Foolka Xaaji in disguise. However, his spontaneity, reserved personality, aloofness and above all, the dark humor gives him away.

I could be wrong but this is just a hunch, a strong hunch though
