So Puntland has all their best soldiers off in Mogadishu getting shot at by Hawiyes, another bunch way down south trying to keep the Marehan from declaring Jubaland, and they intend on cracking down on internal opposition to Adde Musa's regime AND simultaneously defeating both the Dulbahante and Warsangeli?

Something's got to give, man. If Puntland tries to do everything at once, they're going to lose everywhere.

Something tells me Adde Musa isn't paying his own troops either, he's that kind of guy.
