Theres enough Wadaads with influence in Kismayo, that I can see them coming. Also the Ogadeen population in Jubbaland might draw their presence. Keep in mind also, AY hates MR maybe more than Hawiye. If Kismayo keep relasing statements condemning whats going on in Xamar, then its forseeable they'll come. Hargeisa is on good terms with Meles so I don't see why he'd come there.
