Erm... i was talking about the ones who haven't done the nikah before hand and are only doing it (the wedding) for the sake of covering up the ceeb (that they got pregnant without being married).

Obviously a pregnant girl can't get married WHILE she is pregnant according to Sharia Law....but what ms.naila is trying to say is.....that sometimes....the couple do the nikaax (girls not pregnant) but dont have an aroos. Many months later...when they've saved up enough money for the aroos party....they can afford to have an aroos, although they've been husband and wife for many months. So it's ok if you see a pregnant girl at her wedding, it doesn't mean that she got pregnant before she did the nikaax...hope that made sense lol

But really...I don't think a pregnant bride is 'beautiful'....i guess i'm old fashioned in a sense....even if everything is halaal and according to deenta....I think people will just be suspicious and rumours are bound to fly...and besides....imagine wise....I wouldn't wanna be obviously pregnant at my aroos, i'd feel a little embarrassed.
