Any of you aware that Somalia in general right now is going throught the worst food catastrophe we have ever seen and no one is paying attention or care?

Almost 3 million people are starving to death..

If this fag is all it takes to bring any kind of attention to this starved people then by all means he's welcome.

This is why I believe Somalia is doomed. Every person that posted on this thread talked about Somaliland. Not once did any body talk about what they could do to help the starving people in Somalia.

FAH, walaal, be honest, there were so many problems before 2006. For how many years have Somali people been killing each other. Enough is enough. We need to stop saying that problems willl be solved when the Ethiopians leave. Why can't things be fixed now.

I agree with snowflakes, people need to stop making excuses for somalia. If somalis truely wanted peace, it could have easily been achieved, but instead they are too preoccupied with killing and stealing.

You know last week, there were these Asian men fixing our drainage system and he asked my mom where are you guys from? She said Somalia and he's like " that is a horrible country, just horrible.....atleast its not Darfur". Little did he know that the situation in Somalia is worse than Darfur.

things started to get fixed in 2006...somalis flocked back to Mogadishu in the thousands to reclaim their property, their lots of lands

there was clean up of the city, people were reconstructing buildings and offices...a lot was being done

imagine if we have 6 years of peace...mogadishu will be back to its stand as the pearl of the indian ocean, EASILY...
