Just prepare the flour mix 1 hour before cooking, adding a little backing powder let it rise, in the meanwhile prepare the stuffing (shoarma, some tomatoes/veggies, garlic cream). Flatten the mix, put the stuffing on top of it, flap it and put it in the oven for 20min, that's it.
