No one talks about somaliland affairs about with whoever is in charge of the south whether it's aide distrubtion or what not. That is besides the point now. The point is this, the annexation of few KM of southern somalia's coast into Kenya' doesn't effect somaliland's situation. If it does, I like to know how??
