the tax value of this condo is $260.00 and is being sold only $120.000. there is $140.000 of equity to gain.

i was househunting lately and this will close the deal

it has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, private fitness room. i like condos cuz u do not have to worry the exterior and outside maintenance of the house like sholving snows which is headache during the winter and grass cutting during the summer.

120 dollars as in 75k GBP. Damn i could cop that today. Even though the house prices have fallen in the UK, its not too much to shout about.
