Well I am speaking internally but Generally! Even within Puntland Politics there are different views on how the state should be run and who should lead. Case Point Somaliland wants to break away from Somalia and that is something all the 3 different Political parties agree on. Coming into the Conference that is the Somaliland Political stance.
