My ideal proposal and the propsal I would most, is for him to come to my father, and that my father says, 'Gabartay waa kugu ducayee,' and I would like it, if my father knows his family, somehow! This is like the inital meeting though. I think it is every girls dream that her father aa dhibeey, even though the Nikkah etc can be done by another male, acting on your fathers permission.
