Is the MIG a real fighter-jet or a example that has been made out of cardboard boxes? :|

this Mig thing is the ugliest structures i have seen in somaliland and also what it represent is damn demorilising.

think about this situaion where you got into a fight and the person you were fighting a had a knife, after he had stapped you you defeated him ( ciida afka uugu gurtey) then you displaye a replica knife in your living room so you can tell visitors 'that fcker had used a weapon like that on me and i survived' it is not a positive image to put a cross.

I rather have prefered to see SNM weapons( especially those landrovers with roofs cut off and mounted anti aircrafts missiles on them) or the like. 'THIS IS WAS PROTECTED AND DEFENDED THE PEOPLE'' would be the caption.

THE MIG HAS GOT TO GO

maxaad tiri wadda xaraf lo dhisaya woow thats good wax baan ku darsanaya waleh hargeisa iyo xaraf hada la isku xiidhayo thats good news  8-)

If you live in Bristol check with the locals there. They have more details then I can give you. The construction already started in collaboration of the UNDP, the local citizens and Hargeisa local government. The current plan is to build paved road from Shacabka al the way to Xabaalaha Boqol jire. But I was told it could be stretched al the way to Xaaji Farah’s home base in Xaraf. Our donation is needed.

Xaraf was known to have better farms and adequate irrigation water supplies, ten times better than Arapsiyo. It was neglected by its local citizens like Muse biixi and Ismail yare. Building that road will change all that. It’s about time to direct our focus on the surroundings of Hargeisa.

That analogy is not even the half of it.It's more like "you got into a fight and 100 people you were fighting each had an AK 47"
