If you get your camel milk from reputable restaurants or hotels it should be fine. Most cases of heavy diarrhea happen when western Somalis start drinking camel milk bought from street vendors who lack adequate cooling systems and just use simple jerry cans, lol.
So get it from hotels and you should be fine.

Somalis really hate people with camera’s, lol. They immediately think your some kid of spy.
I almost ended up in a police cell in Bosaso for taking pictures of the port/beach area of Bosaso, they even accused me of being Al-Shabaab lol
