If the Arabs weren't stubbornly holding onto Somalia we'd all be in a much better position today. Hopefully people stop taking the Arab league seriously and start the deconstruction of Somalia; balkanization of the troubled states is the future.

Never.

A united Somalia is a dream, but I'm a pragmatist and its neither realistic nor beneficial. There are thugs in the south who benefit from the anarchy and they are the most powerful Somali politicians. The south is done unless the crazy teenagers save them all. If the teenagers fail then I think its time Somalis got their states and started getting recognized. The day Somaliland becomes free, the rest of the country will break apart immediately.
