For a long time Palestine has been pressured by US and Israel not to declare independence until peace talks succeed, but the future powers of the world have already started recognizing it before declaration of independence.
Brazil formally recognises Palestinian statehood

Brazil has been accused of undermining the Middle East peace process after it formally recognised Palestinian statehood in the West Bank and Gaza.
