It is been 20 years since the central government of Somalia collapsed and Somalis have not gained one planck in their brain size, if this Somaliland entity was not possible to surface from the Horn of Africa in last twenty years what will make it to ensue, perhaps another 20 or 30 years of waiting may bring it
