You know I stopped for a while and start getting a little chubby (being skinny as a teen this is a new feeling) but I was thinking about starting full time tomorrow incidentally. How is your Swedish "trainer" coming along?

I see him here and there, i talk to him sometimes. Its cool between us aslong as he doesnt brign up gay issues.

For all you girls and boys that desire muscles and to be in good physical shape to this summer. I recommend you to set up a vehicle (system) that will take you to where you desire.

What i mean is, if you really want to ahieve your goal this summer, then you got to eat, train and sleep constantly.

I would recommend this website, but as i know the Somali way of being disobediant and undisciplined i doubt few will even try this all the way.

16 weeks, thats all you need. I know i did.

Nabeela, you're a woman, you don't need to muscles. Toning will be sufficient.

When it comes to the summer, i start just working out my arms and wrists a few months prior. I don't care about the rest, as long as i can wear t-shirts.
