That's what I do every night eat my bariis iyo baasto past 8pm ,I don't eat much in daytime snacks and sandwiches maybe

How the hell can anyone do that? I can't eat meat, soda or spicy shit late at night or I'll walk all day next day with a painful stomach

You're asking for a fucked up case of acid reflux. That's how I ended up with mine in college - eating all kids of shit late, late in to the night.

Now I avoid rice at all cost and the latest I eat dinner is around 7 or 8. You abuse your body, and it hits back.
