I don't get it why are people over exaggerating Dahabshiil having 1 house in New Hargeysa ? . If anything he has many houses in 26 June & Ibraahim Koodbuur district aka daanta Habar Awal, and last i checked you guys were complaining about HJ moving to 26 June & Jigjigyar in large numbers ask Gurey and Cismaan Hindi.

Aisha another good example is Khadar Xuseen aka Khadar Ambassador who is originally Haji Salah Togdheer native but invested in South Hargeysa meeshana wu shiday, and he created alot of jobs for the locals. I hear his planning to expand ambassador and build another hotel next to it.

As i said before xamars out they r put thru the roof more than hj ... These r the ppl willing to pay 300 dollars for a house u can pay 100 doller b.x (before xamarawis) but gets the property owns r greedy they see a chance to make money n took which why i rented my house in hrg for 250

But its all bout berbera now n buliding a house in bataale hrg is too overcrowed

If Berbera wasn't so hot alot of people would have moved there. I perfer Maydh on the Sanaag highlands Inshallah i will build my dream home there.
