Where was I sleeping for the past 4 months, Venezuela as of this year owns the largest oil reserves in the world overtaking Saudi.

Look at this list :shock: 129 yrs predicted reserve life compared to 81 yrs.

it seems that Saudi is well ahead in terms of production, but Russia is the biggest in that respect. You heard it hear, within the next two decades Venezuela will be a force to reckon with along with South America (led by Brazil) :up:

NB: Looking at the full list of proven reserves (below) if the predicted reserves for somalia/somaliland/ogaden is true (5 bb) then that isn't so special the UK currently has 3 bb we'd be on the same level as ghana and vietnam
