Siilanyo & Geele

Post by Cirwaaq »

Why were the Speeches of Siilanyo and Geele not shown alongside other world leaders at the london conference?

1. Visual presentation suppressed to prevent the world seeing functioning somali states and hence eroding the level of commitment from the donor bodies.
2. Somaliland and Djbouti presidents would confuse the international communities perspective as Somalia is being presented as a "failed state".

Simple as that!

Because no one takes seriously a secessionist faction living on UNDP funds like other parts of Somalia nor a city state administered by French troops (with all due respect to Djiibouti).

Why was Puntland speech not shown? What about Galmudug? Silly questions.

You have a really regressive understanding of pan-Somali irredentism.

I don't think the world needs to be reminded of Somalia's condition, by down playing Somaliland or Djibouti. This conference was about Somalia but really TFG and fighting Shabab and increasing Amisom funding.

That wasn't a fight, that was beesha's own olympic.

But seriously its not good for your health to have such unhealthy obsession with SL. I feel your plight as a brother so how about raising your hands up in the sky and asking the almighty for help instead of a kenyan.

akuna ma tata

Voltage i would have prefered listening to Faroole, Caalim, Tarzan or Dr wali instead of Kibiyi or Melez.

Pan somali project was hijacked in 1960 the only way it will ever have a chance in future is to heal the wounds created post 1960. The geographical integrity of Somaliweyn can only be changed by it's creator.

Has Djbouti benefited from independence from somaliweyn? Yes

Are we any closer to progressing the release of territories occupied to this day by Kenya and Ethiopia? No

Somaliland is not the enemy of Somaliweyn nor does the independence of somaliland in anyway retard somaliweyn cause in any way.

Somaliweyn's success as one or in 5 parts will occur when every opportunity for progress is granted to all 5 regions. Progress will be accelerated in the spirit of developmental competitions in the 5 regions.

Image

Current generation may not be able to forge any form of working relations between the 5 regions of somaliweyn however we all have a responsibility to promote PEACE, PROGRESS and PARTNERSHIP...

Voltage should appreciate the potential paths generated from the london conference.

:dj: :som: :sland: together or as equal neighbours "somalis" are better off in states of peace.

Cirwaaq, you're saying this to Voltage who'd rather focus on Sl or Djibouti rather than finding a solution to anything  Looking at the calibre of 'unionists' today, may Allah help Somalia, this is what she has been left with.
