I don't know much about this group but I have never heard them associated with terror.
Why is every one banning them and what do they stand for?
They are in the news again.

I can tell u this The Grave Mistakes of Hizb ut-Tahreer is the denial of the punishment of the grave and they do not believe in The Dajjaal and they do not believe in the descent of the Maseh - and they do not believe in many things which are mentioned in ahaadeeth.

The are a non-violent political group, founded in 1953, with an aim to establish the Khalifah once again. they are mainly university students (intellectuals) and one of their big things is education about Islam. The reason they are people mentioned is because supposedly one of the London bombers was linked to the group. but they always emphasise non violence! they have a few aqeedah issues, like somalisiz mentioned, but that is not really their thing. they are not a group like tableegh, salafi etc.
