If you don't know? Whether I know who to vote for or not, I am going there with the plan that my vote wont count at all. I know many people that do that on purpose, just coz voting is compulsory.

blackstar, can you get away without registering? Never looked at it in that way.

Twist, yes you can. They will hassle you every election year with letters asking you to register if you haven't but you can't get fined if you haven't registered (at least that's what I've seen/heard).
