Outside, it only takes about an hour for me to complete, it isn't that much. I just enjoy running. It's simple and while running I listen to audiobooks to entertain myself so it's even more enjoyable. I find training in a gym to be boring.blackstars25 wrote: shaab_ where do you run? treadmill or outside? 10 miles does seem alot on a treadmill tho. And why do you run so much?

@ blackstars25
How was your training? I could't train in the recent days because I was not feeling 100% but I did some light training today.
Warmup. 15 minutes. Running.
30*2 push-ups
30*2 Situps
20 pull-ups with full range motion. (ROM)
This toasted my back muscles.
20 leg raises.
I could feel i was still weak so Im still not 100%, so I decided to take a rest and recover until Im healthy again.
When I came home I ate lots of tuna and drank at least 3 liter waters to re-hydrate my body again.
I know people say you should eat alots of carbohydrate but this protein+water diet works well on mbody.
