You are dehydrated. Go to a pharmacy and buy some oral rehydration therapy mix, mix it with water and drink it. If this fails, take Ciproflaxicin 500mg twice daily, for 5 days to clear out the infection. If that fails, take metrodinazole (flagyll) to clear up any possible protozoan infection.

I still bet its simply a case of dehydration. Buy the ORT mix from a good pharmacy like Edna's and drink it. Avoid sodas, tea, coffee or khat.

Sometimes. But if ur urine's color is green or blue than its probably caused by drinking too much coke or pop. Pop makes u dehydrated. Drink alot of water.

That would help but to get the quickest result take some ORTs (costs less than 1,000 SL shillings).

Water alone won't help, you are losing salt and you need pedialyte for hydration. If you cant find one you can make it at home all you need is salt, baking soda and water- google it if you want to know how to make your own pedialyte. Dehydration can cause your organs to fail so act quickly.
