If they are from Somalia and just happen to be born there then its a yes if not waa Ethiopian and Kenyan.Shirib wrote:So I guess that's a no. What about an Ogadeen guy born in Kenya, or a Mareehaan born in Ethiopia, do they have a right to be a citizen of Somalia, even though parts of their clans live in those other countries?greenday wrote:Shirib, they have a country which most are happy in, you cant just pull a Somalinimo card like that when i cant do the same. Do u think an Issa or Degodia should not be granted citizenship in Somalia?
This is BS Somalia is only for the people of Somalia. The Djibouti's, and the Somalis in Kenya and Ethiopia shouldn't be given as much rights as the Somalis from Somalia. Why the flip should we be nice and allow every Somali person just because we are the original of what used to be called the Somali republic. Do Djboutis have any Somalis from Somalia in the parliament? I think in the future any Somali who isn't from Somalia should require a visa to enter the country. Fxxk this nationalism BS about you can come to my country without any documentation and are allowed in the parliament. As far as I'm concerned we are from the same race not the same country.

Shirib, mate i dont have another flag and it belongs to Somalia now
I dont oppose it sometimes but they are different, part of your country leaving and people who have nothing to do with having rights to it isku mid maahan, ill be cool with it if there was a referendum and majority wanted to leave.

If you are born and bread in Somalia and so were ur parents you are a citizen of Somalia regardless of tribe but if you are born and bred elsewhere as well as your family like Djbouti or Ogadenia you are not a citizen of Somalia. Why should we from Somalia be all nationalist when everyone else is not? Forget Somali weyne each to his country. The Somali Bantus should get more right in Somalia than the Djboutis. Just like the black Saudis get more right than other non Saudi Arabs because they are people from Saudi and other Arabs aren't
