A social anthropologist did a study which she examined rich women who lived in Manhattan and had all the luxuries of life, and also examined tribal women in South America who didn't even have running water and electricity and had only some of the basic necessities of life. At the end of the study she concluded the tribal women were much more happier with life, than the rich women who could get anything they wanted.

Happiness is what you make of it, we're all dealt a hand, make the best of it. If there's truly hardship going on in your life, pray that Allah makes it easier for you.

listen to wise advo. if you count what Allah blessed you now you would be ashamed how little you're thankful. say Alhamdullilah ino Allah ko ziyadiyo. i figured out im happy at late night when every one is sleep. so now i keep enjoying it every night talking to Allah swt. try that.
