How would you break up with someone?

I'm currently with someone that I want to end it with. I really like the guy as a friend and he's really sweet, my minds in it but my heart just isn't. I love him but it isn't enough to be with him. I tried waiting and giving it time for me to develop feelings for him but still no feelings developed.

He just isn't man enough for me, I like hustlers, bad boys that at the same time have things going on for them such as a career, a nice job, deen, education etc and that play their role as a man in the relationship instead of giving me so much power to have the most say. I want to feel like he's the man and I'm the woman but I don't feel like he is a man enough for me.

:( :( Wallahi I feel so bad, I really don't want to hurt him :(

Interesting no girl respects a nice outgoing guy, no wonder my longest relationship was with a girl I physically assaulted on regular basis. She loved that shit.

WTF :? Who said anything about liking women beaters? I like nice outgoing guys my ex before that was a sweet, nice outgoing guy and the relationship lasted for nearly 3 years. It's just this one I don't connect with him.

i did not say your did that!! but iam kind of suspicious of boyfriend girlfriend business..
