This is Ras Kambooni's 20 day administration, they have their men as head of the cabinet. But in 20 days all those names will be changed, and Col Fartaag will have his administration take over. They will keep doing this until Dec.

Patriot, sxb I'm no devil here, just trying to figure a confusing process out. The new admin. is a rotational one between the Absame and Sade, besides them who else have a stake I have no clue. Any idea what role if any do the Harti, etc. play or is just limited to them only?

Around that time is projected for Jubbaland state maamul to be completed and they will take over kismaayo. But its probably going to take longer, could be into 2013 before Jubbaland state is completed.

This is the first 20 day admin. After them the Sade admin will take over. 20 days later the Absame will take over. It will be like that during the temporary cycle.

It is pretty confusing and petty to be honest. I would have preferred a joint and diverse longer-term admin. However it shows us the extent to which these guys have a lack of confidence in each other right now so maybe it is for the best.
