what is wrong with puntland federalism

the put the two flags parallel to eachother within the national territory, you can have your own flag but you cant put them parralel to eachother when the officials are meeting, it will be like a two countries.

they use such terms the two states have...

there is no two presidents in federalism the somali regions should use a governor instead of president

They said they are going to london as puntland delegation(federalism has no business with foreing policy) the president tells them; this is not the transitional era! Your part of this government but I will let you pick your own delegation and include them in the govts delegation and they said No, we are not going then!

I don't think you understand the situation in Somalia. We are no where near where Canada is atm, the day a Hawiye can become the president of Puntland is when there will be no need for state flags in official meetings. This government is not even on its feet and is incapable of running Muqdishu let alone anywhere else.

Baby steps first saxib we just came out of a civil war and there's still a lot of animosity and tension. As of right now Puntland means more to some then Somalia does. Maybe in a few years there will be such a thing as Somalia but as for right now its still in its early stages, give it time.

What has clan to do with protocol? Atleast you sould use the terms like doolada/punland state and the government/xokuumada not the two states have!. You always asking to respect the constitution why not on this?

Anyways I got your point it simply hassan sheekh is not the president of puntland, I think the south should act the same way and only have native officials.
