Why is it so different from affirmative action

Affirmative action is meant to even the playing field. This is meant to keep the playing field favoring one side. Do you see the difference now?

I don't see any problem with that scholarship at all. The money belonged to that lady and she can do anything she wants with her money. The University has the right to reject the scholarship but if it will award then it has to follow the conditions set in place by the donor.

Personally, I CANNOT stand affirmative action. Affirmative action put Justice Thomas into the Supreme law. It put the Mexican or Puerto Rican Sotomayor into the supreme court. One is A stupid nigger and the other is a flagrant tom boy dummy! Walaahi----these two people, especially Thomas, have really diminished the grandeur and indistinguishing of the supreme court room. Of course there is the Italian Scalia---who is another fcuking dummy, but at least --his stupidity can be attributed to conservatism. As far as I am concerned, Supreme court law should only be held by highly educated White male or female of the liberal political persuasion. Particularly, emphasizing of none working class white folks who are a generation of oligarchy genealogy. My thoughts are, these competent, none struggling white folks are prone to rational thinking and intellectual disposition, a quality very vital for the upholding of the law. Period.


Obama, also took advantage of affirmative action, he was elected president of Harvard law especially because he was African American.

Affirmative action should be recalled..bc honestly anyways the people it was intended to help are getting affirmative action in correctional institution as long time prisoners, while the real affirmative action is actually been used by subcontinental Indians and small eyes people of Asia as well as war torn Somalis in America..
