somalias think tank solution to the kismayo dilemma

Post by sahal80 »

This paper is from the heritage institute for policy studies, it was released today. The institue has a good number of somali intellectuals, its head is a former english editor of hiiraan online if his clan matters he is from dayniile and his deputy is from goldogob in puntland.
The institue though being independent is close to the govt not politically but interms of connections and their informations are not far from the secret position of the govt that sh madoobe is still favorable to lead the interim official administration for example they are asking the govt to form an interim administration lead by him for two years while the govt wants for a year.
Basically what they are saying is not far from what is going on nowadays.

More like HAG's think tank, Cabdi Aynte and his fellow hutu cronies can't fool anyone, his "deputy" is a dumb sellout from Galdogob, chosen to make HAG institute seem representative of all Somalis.

As a matter of fact, Heritage Institute advises Culusow every step of the way. Read this;

Lol @your source.

But anyways he is not an advisor, every body can write to the president he was close to become a minister in the farmaajo cabinet. Like I said they have their own connections and know what is going on... Basically he was journalist working in qatar for al jazira english he was also hiiraan editor. You have seen hiiraan releasing igad delegations info days ago but they don't side with anyone.
Like I said the institute has a good number of somali intellectuals... Abdirashid khalif hashi ex minister of farmaajo cabinet from puntland is his deputy how can that make them a HAG.

"Abdirashid Hashi, deputy director of the Mogadishu-based Heritage Institute for Policy Studies, an independent think-tank, disagrees with Arman about the position of the constitution. He said that the constitution is “very clear” on the formation of federal Somali states.
“It’s the politicking, obfuscation and doubletalk of politicians that creates and fuels the ongoing drama,” Hashi told IPS in Mogadishu".

Hashi is a sellout, and HIPS institute is a HAG think tank, that is a fact. Aynte is a son of a leading member of Ala Sheikh, your attempts at covering HAG tracks are futile at best. :)

This is what HAGist Aynte feels about federalism: " The ‘Constitution’ also creates a convoluted and unworkable federal structure for one of the most homogeneous and smallest countries (population wise) in Africa".

^ typical HAG nonsense, homogenous my ARSE.

That is his own opinion and hashi has represented HIPS in that article with his supportive opinion of the constitution againist yasir arman who is an ex diplomate because they are independent.
My friend your smart guy so open your mind instead of becoming a victim for these websites.
Anyways I don't get why your not sticking with the paper instead of involving HAG. HAG are clanist fanatic group totally different than the international think tank.
The paper accuses the govt than raas kambooni if you know af somali.

Her source is allsanaag and your source is a upity Hawiye who graduate from some dugsi with Hawiye credentials.

The average 2 year old Warsangeli intelligence surpasses that of a 43 ur old Hawiye "Professor".
