The somali president was partaking in a memorial ethiopian day along side with other african leaders however, though he is not partaking in the talks he hosted a diner for them.

The long addis talks between the federal government and kismayo administration is getting to end with an agreement that recognizes shaykh madoobe as the head of interim administration between a year and two years on the hope that the power sharing between the clans in this adminstration being agreed in the conference. The port and the airport will be under the govt but the local administration will get a share, lastly all the pro-govt groups will be back to kismayo(this was the pms condition)

His key negotiating point is getting recognized without a confrence, thus, the govt is ok now with it on the hope that the rest of thhe administration being agreed in the conference.

Officially they agreed on the pms point, the port and the airport are at the govts hands anyways so they will accept to take a share.

They agree on the interim administration followed by elections but the govt says atleast it should be a year.

Nevertheless it is just my opinion so let us wait and see

Sahal, I hope they don't unite as a federal state, because I think it's best if Galmudug joins with Puntland as a united federal state since we a common share in this Galkacyo city and we also have intermarried too many times that it will be absurd not to join those two states together as one state!
